Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The following goods are not eligible for a right of withdrawal:

• Personalized goods, i.e. goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mamarella GmbH, Gmunder Straße 53, 81379 Munich, Germany, Tel. +49 89 147 27 690 (landline at local rate, mobile depending on provider), Fax +49 89 147 27 699, email support@mamarella.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form , but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

International returns

For returns from abroad, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please send your return exclusively to the following address:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unsuitable item as described above. We will process and refund your return separately from the new order; unfortunately, a credit for the new item is not possible.

Returning products you purchased in the showroom

Items purchased in the Mamarella showroom can be exchanged or returned within 14 days.
