Delivery Times

Our delivery times: when will my parcel arrive?

Parcels not yet shipped: Your parcel hasn't left us yet? No problem. To follow where your order currently stands, log in to your customer account in our shop: My Account -> Orders.

Parcels already shipped: To see the current status of your order, just click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation we sent you by email.

As a rule, orders that reach us by 1 pm CET on a working day go out the same day if you pay by credit card or PayPal. If you choose advance bank transfer, your order leaves us on the day your payment arrives.

We deliver by DHL to the address you give us. Within Germany, DHL usually needs just 1-2 working days. Shipping to Austria takes around 3-4 working days, and to Switzerland 4-5 working days.

For delivery times to other countries, write to us at support@mamarella.com.

Personalised items take a little longer. You'll find the details in the product descriptions.
