Shipping Costs

Shipping with DHL
For standard shipping with DHL we charge a flat rate:

  • Germany: free shipping from €50 order value (below that €2.95)
  • Austria: €5.95
  • EU countries: €9.95
  • Switzerland: €9.95
  • United Kingdom: €14.95
  • All countries outside the EU: €29.95

For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU we also charge NO VAT. The amount is deducted before you complete your order. Please note, though, that importing into countries outside the EU can mean additional customs duties and other charges. These differ from country to country and are paid by the customer on delivery. Your local customs office can tell you what duties and taxes to expect.

If a split delivery is needed to get your order to you faster, it won't cost you any extra shipping.
