At Mamarella, returns are handled exclusively through our returns portal.

Return shipping costs:
For returns within Germany we charge a flat return fee of €3.99. It is deducted automatically from your refund.

Important:
Returns that are sent without prior registration via the portal or to a wrong address cannot be processed or accepted and will delay your refund.

Customers in other EU countries can also conveniently register their return through our returns portal.

A return label at a preferential rate for the respective country is created there automatically.

The return shipping costs within the EU depend on the shipping country:

Shipments sent with our return label are insured and trackable throughout – you are kept informed at every step of your return. The fee is deducted automatically from your refund.

Returns from Switzerland and other non-EU countries are registered just as easily through our returns portal.

Switzerland and the United Kingdom – everything ready from the portal:
For you, a return is as simple as from Germany. The portal creates a discounted shipping label for you right away, including all the customs documents you need. Print both, put the customs documents in the parcel, stick on the label – done. You don't need to deal with customs clearance at all.

Your shipment is insured and trackable, and you are kept informed at every step of your return. The fee is deducted automatically from your refund.

All other non-EU countries (e.g. Liechtenstein, Norway):
Unfortunately we cannot offer a shipping label here yet. Please send your return with a shipping provider of your choice at your own cost – ideally insured and with tracking. You get the customs declaration (CN23) pre-filled from our returns portal. Please add the gross weight, complete it with date, name and signature, enclose a copy of your invoice and mark the shipment as “Returned goods”.

Please note: a complete customs declaration is your responsibility. Returns that cannot be cleared because customs information is missing are not cleared by us and are sent back to you once the customs office's holding period expires. So please only send your return once all documents are complete.

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

If you want a different size or color, please simply place a new order.

You can of course return your original order in the usual way via the Returns Portal.

After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within a few days via the original payment method.

You will be automatically notified by email as soon as your return has arrived and the refund has been processed.
