Return Shipping Costs:
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat return shipping fee of 4.95 €. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Important:
Returns that are sent without prior registration through the portal or to the wrong address cannot be processed or accepted and will lead to delays in your refund.

Customers from other EU countries can also conveniently register their return via our Returns Portal.

There, a return label will be automatically created at a discounted rate for the respective country – alternatively, you can also use your own shipping label.

The return shipping costs within the EU are dependent on the shipping country and will be displayed transparently in the portal before you complete your return.

Returns from Switzerland and other non-EU countries must also be registered via our Returns Portal.

The portal guides you step by step through the registration, including the required customs documents, which you can simply enclose with the package.

The return shipping costs depend on the respective shipping country. You can purchase your label via the Returns Portal at a discounted price or handle the shipping with your own service provider.

Tip: Please ensure that all customs documents are fully completed so that your return can be processed quickly.

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

If you want a different size or color, please simply place a new order.

You can of course return your original order in the usual way via the Returns Portal.

After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within a few days via the original payment method.

You will be automatically notified by email as soon as your return has arrived and the refund has been processed.
