Returns at Mamarella are handled exclusively through our returns portal.

Return shipping costs:
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat return shipping fee of €4.95 . This will be automatically deducted from the refund.
We want to promote a conscious approach to returns while simultaneously enabling sustainable shipping.
Important:
Returns sent without prior registration via the portal or to an incorrect address cannot be processed or accepted and will result in delays in refunds.
Customers from other EU countries can also conveniently register their return via our returns portal .
A return label will be automatically generated there at a discounted preferential price for the respective country – alternatively, you can also use your own shipping label.
Return shipping costs within the EU depend on the shipping country and are displayed transparently in the portal before you complete your return.
Returns from Switzerland and other non-EU countries must also be registered via our returns portal .
Please note: Special shipping and customs conditions apply.
The portal guides you step by step through the registration process, including the required customs documents , which you can simply include with the package.
Return shipping costs depend on the shipping country. You can purchase your label at a discounted price through the returns portal or arrange shipping with your own carrier.
Tip: Please ensure that all customs documents are fully completed so that your return can be processed quickly.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible at this time.
If you would like a different size or color, please simply place a new order .
You can of course return your original order as normal via the returns portal .
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within a few days via the original payment method.
You will be automatically notified by email as soon as your return has arrived and the refund has been processed.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. You can also view the status of your order and all previous orders in our shop under My Account -> Orders.
Due to our warehouse's fast processing time, you cannot add further items to an existing order. Please place a new order.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by phone. Please understand that cancellation is only possible if our warehouse has not yet processed your order. You can always find the phone number for our customer service in the bottom left corner of our homepage, or you can send us an email directly.

To be notified as soon as your desired item is back in stock, go to the item and click on the email icon below your size. Then enter your email address and confirm the subsequent email with a click.
To have your order gift-wrapped, simply check the box next to "Gift wrapping." You also have the option to add a free card with a personal message. Enter your message in the text field provided.

Please always transfer payments in Euros.
With PayPal Plus invoice payment, you don't need a PayPal account and, of course, you don't have to pay in advance. Upon order completion, your chosen payment partner's system (PayPal Plus invoice) will conduct an identity and credit check to authorize your order. Therefore, please ensure that your information is always correct. After the identity and credit check is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your order will then be shipped to your home. If any items in your order don't fit or you don't like them, simply return them to us. After we receive and process your return, your invoice with PayPal will be adjusted, and you will receive it via email with the amount due. PayPal grants you a 30-day payment period from the order date and will confirm the completion of the transaction after payment.

For packages not yet shipped: Has your package not been shipped yet? No problem! To track the current processing status of your package, log in to our shop with your customer account: My Account -> Orders
For packages that have already been shipped: To check the current status of your order, please click on the tracking link, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email that you received from us.

For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU, we also do NOT charge VAT. This amount will be deducted before you complete your order. Please note, however, that additional customs duties and other charges may apply when importing goods into countries outside the EU. These vary from country to country and are payable by the customer upon delivery. You can find out the amount of any applicable customs duties and taxes from your local customs office.
Should partial deliveries be necessary for faster processing, you will of course not incur any additional shipping costs.
Shipping via UPS Express: With UPS Express shipping, your package is prioritized after payment is received. For orders received before 1 p.m. on weekdays, we even ship your package the same day. Delivery takes place one business day after shipment. This service costs €15 per order and is only available for orders within Germany.
Shipping costs for furniture purchases and bulky goods deliveries: We currently only deliver larger furniture items within Germany via freight carrier. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, all furniture – unless otherwise stated – is delivered for self-assembly. Regardless of the number of furniture items, your share of the shipping costs is €39.00. In return, the furniture is delivered to your door, meaning it will be carried into your home.
For shipping bulky items whose packaging dimensions exceed 60x60x120cm, we currently charge a bulky goods surcharge of €5.00 within Germany and €20.00 for international shipping. Please note that bulky goods shipping is not available to all countries. For further information on whether bulky goods can be shipped to your country, please contact our customer service at +49 89 147 27 690 (local landline rates apply, mobile rates may vary depending on your provider) or support@mamarella.com.
Our delivery times: We generally ship orders received by 1 p.m. on weekdays on the same day if you pay by credit card, Klarna, or PayPal. For payments via bank transfer, your order will leave our warehouse on the day the transfer is received.
Delivery is made via DHL to the delivery address you provided. DHL typically takes only 1-2 business days for delivery within Germany. Shipping to Austria takes approximately 3-4 business days, to Switzerland 4-5 business days, and to Russia usually 12-18 business days.

UPS Express shipping is available for orders placed before 1 p.m. on weekdays and will ship the same day. Delivery takes place one business day after shipment. This service is only available for orders within Germany.
For deliveries within Germany, you can choose between standard shipping via DHL and UPS Express. Express shipping guarantees delivery one business day after dispatch. This service costs €15 per order and is only available for orders within Germany. Standard shipping via DHL applies to orders outside of Germany. You can find complete information about shipping options and costs for all countries in our Terms and Conditions.
Damaged packages must generally not be accepted by the customer, as DHL cannot be held liable in the event of a defect or loss of an item. Should the customer nevertheless accept a damaged package and something is missing or defective, the customer must file a damage report at a local post office.
If a damaged package has simply been left unattended, the customer must contact our customer service within 5 working days, otherwise we will no longer be entitled to initiate a damage report with DHL.
Should your goods arrive damaged for unexplained reasons, please document this with photos and send them to our customer service department via email within 14 days. Please remember to include your order number in the email. Our customer service team will then contact you as soon as possible.
If you have unfortunately received the wrong item, please contact our customer service by email within 14 days. Please remember to include your order number and the item numbers that were mixed up in your email. Our customer service will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Forgot your password? Don't panic! Simply click the " Forgot your password? " link below when logging into the shop. This way you can easily reset your password and choose a new one.
Should you wish to delete your user account, please contact us in writing via email at support@mamarella.com . Our customer service will then delete your personal data immediately. Please note that we are legally required to retain all invoices associated with this account for 10 years.

You can find Mamarella vouchers in our shop under Baby -> Gifts -> Gift Vouchers . Alternatively, you can simply enter "voucher" in the shop's search bar. You can choose between online gift vouchers and physical gift cards in various price ranges. Add your voucher to your shopping cart and complete your purchase as usual.

You can only redeem the voucher at the end of your order process and cannot add it to an already completed order.
Our Mamarella collection is designed with special cuts and stretchy materials to give your growing baby bump plenty of room to grow throughout your pregnancy. Simply choose your size based on the size you wore before pregnancy. You can find all our size charts for you and your baby in our size guide.
In our photoshoots, we work with pregnant models as often as possible. You can find information about each model's week of pregnancy at the end of the product descriptions. Sometimes we also work with non-pregnant models wearing a baby bump prosthesis that corresponds to an average 7-month bump. We do this occasionally to show how some styles look without a baby bump, as our clothing can almost always be worn both during and after pregnancy.
